When you request an insurance estimate we also collect business information such as your trade, revenue, payroll, employee count, subcontractor costs, vehicles, equipment, claims history, and contract requirements.

Some categories are treated as sensitive and handled with additional care. These include race or ethnic origin, nationality, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, and physical or mental health information.

How we handle your information

Text messages

We send two kinds of text message: promotional messages about our services, and transactional messages about an estimate or policy you have with us. Both require your explicit opt-in, which you give by checking the consent box on one of our forms.

Message frequency is up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance. Numbers collected for text messaging are used to contact you about your insurance and are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

You are responsible for keeping the number on file current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, which depend on your carrier. Our text messaging practices are intended to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
